OHMAD — Pipeline Ransomware Deception Framework
Sector-led deception and governance model using high-fidelity IT/OT mirrors and agentic AI concepts to generate early-warning intelligence against pipeline ransomware.

Context
Ransomware against U.S. critical infrastructure pipelines exposes a strategic imbalance: attackers move first while defenders react late, and information-sharing must still respect legal and compliance constraints.
Method / approach
Co-authored a proactive defense concept (Operational Honeypot Mirror for Adversary Disruption) and a governance/legal model aligning TSA, CISA, DOJ, and FBI information-sharing considerations with GDPR/HIPAA-style compliance concerns for operators.
