Context

AI systems compress decision windows in cyber-physical crises; decision-makers need a transparent way to explore how oversight, false positives, and attribution uncertainty change escalation risk.

Method / approach

Built a TypeScript/React think-tank style dashboard over a synthetic incident corpus with client-side, unit-tested scoring and what-if levers for detection speed, model confidence, false-positive risk, human oversight, attribution uncertainty, and economic dependency. The live demo presents an executive overview, incident explorer, scenario simulator, case studies, methods, and trust documentation.

Tools and technologies

  • TypeScript
  • React
  • TanStack Start
  • Recharts

Key deliverables

  • Live interactive demo site
  • Incident explorer and scenario simulator
  • Methods and Trust pages documenting limitations
  • Baseline vs AI-assisted escalation scores

Results / findings

  • Shipped a working public demo at crisis-analyzer-ai.lovable.app using a synthetic 2026 mock corpus (12 monitored incidents across geopolitical, cyber, and energy domains).
  • Demo framing shows how AI-assisted conditions can widen escalation scores versus a human-only baseline, with sector spillover and driver breakdowns for recruiter walkthroughs.
